Shahrooz Yazdani is a father, husband, dentist, CEO, philanthropist and dreamer.

Shahrooz graduated with honours from the Doctor of Dental Surgery Program at the University of Toronto in 1998. Following graduation he did a 2 year hospital residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte North Carolina. Following his residency he worked as an associate dentist for just over a year before purchasing his first dental practice in 2001 in Kemptville, Ontario. Like most other dentists, he had no training or knowledge about running a business. From 2001 to 2011 he ran an objectively successful dental practice in Kemptville growing the revenues by almost 80% during that time. However, his real growth journey was only just beginning. From 2011 to 2021 he grew revenues almost 1000%, expanding to 3 dental practices in the region with gross revenue approaching $10 million annually, with zero personal clinic time (i.e transformed the practices to become independent of his clinical work). He has done so by adopting a unique model of business that focuses on people over profits, paradoxically leading to better long term profitability and huge community and people impact. To accomplish this, he has undergone tremendous personal and professional transformation to become a leader and a person that attracts great relationships, great health, great resources, and great impact/generosity into his life. He has embarked on a mission to help business leaders undergo similar transformation so that they too can lead a life of fulfillment, abundance, health, and impact.
